**30-Day Return Policy - 41 Designs**

Thank you for choosing 41 Designs! We aim to provide you with products of the highest quality, and your satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy.

**Conditions for Returns:**

1. **Item Condition**: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. We reserve the right to reject returns if the item does not meet these criteria.

2. **Proof of Purchase**: A valid proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, is required for all returns.

3. **Time Frame**: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

**How to Initiate a Return:**

1. **Contact Us**: Please reach out to our customer service team at (408) 550-4777 to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

2. **Return Authorization**: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

3. **Shipping**: You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

**Refund Process:**

1. **Inspection**: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return criteria mentioned above.

2. **Refund**: If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 3 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

**Exchanges:**

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
