Jack was super upfront that in rare cases they may not be able to fully track it down. I also provided them a small amount of tasks to perform as well. While I still haven’t figured out the pre death wobble Jack provided me with a good direction to go further investigate. I appreciate that he didn’t go jump into replacing parts and time into solving this, which may not have solved the issue. He made a good judgement by not wasting his time and my money. All work done was really great, neat, tidy. Shop was clean, pricing was very fair, transparent quote. Etc. He even found some small misc. things (one safety related) that could fixed, he took care of this at no extra charge. I will be certainly using Jack and his team again."
